Your feed learns from your interactions - what you like, save, and spend time viewing. During onboarding, you'll complete a quick survey about your interests. The more you use plugg, the better we get at showing you content that matches your taste and lifestyle.

Deals are exclusive offers and genuine discounts from brands, handpicked by our creators. When you click through to shop, creators may earn a small commission - but they only recommend products they truly believe in. All partnerships are clearly disclosed.

We choose creators for their taste and the trust their audience has in them, not their follower count. Creator applications will open soon, so follow us for updates.

Transparency is crucial to us. All sponsored content and brand partnerships are clearly marked with disclosure labels. Creators are required to be upfront about any commercial relationships, so you always know when they're being paid to recommend something.

Every creator is one we've chosen and can stand behind, and they only share products they genuinely use and rate. You can also see what other members who've tried them think. If something doesn't work out, creators hear about it.

Click the bookmark icon on any post to save it to your collection. You can organise saved content by categories and access it anytime from your profile. Perfect for building wishlists or keeping track of recommendations for later.

The survey helps us understand your interests and preferences so we can show you relevant offers from day one. It covers things like your favourite categories, shopping habits and the content you enjoy. You can skip any question.

Click the "Follow" button on any creator's profile or post. Following creators means you'll see more of their recommendations in your feed. You can manage who you follow from your profile settings anytime.

Your feed shows the latest videos, articles and surveys from creators you trust, with the offers that go with them. We prioritise fresh picks, so the best of what's live comes first.

If you see content that violates our community guidelines, click the three dots menu on the post and select "Report". Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and takes action when necessary to keep plugg a positive space.

Yes. Plugg works on mobile browsers, and we're also developing native apps for iOS and Android.

Use the search bar at the top of any page. You can search for specific products, brand names, creator usernames, or general topics like 'skincare' or 'tech gadgets'. Our search learns what you're looking for and gets better over time.

Sorry to see you go. You can delete your account any time from your profile settings. This removes all your data and saved content. If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account.
